Residents Against Crime Meeting
Residents Against Crime meeting at the Cairns Showground on Thursday. The meeting starts at 7.15pm at the De Jarlais Pavillion, Cairns Showground.
Voice your opinion about crime and the judicial system. Barry Neal, founder, said the Opposition police spokesman Vaughan Johnson and Queensland Police Union President Ian Leavers will be keynote speakers.

The Feed Shop / RSPCA Fund Raiser 10 April
Fund raising co-ordinator for the Friends of the RSPCA Cairns is launching her business which will provide feed for owners of a host of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, chickens and small animals. The business opens this Saturday 10 April 8.30-5pm with a BBQ to support the RSPCA. Located at 12-14 George St, Gordonvale. See you there...........

Register at the Mooroobool/Manunda Neighbourhood Watch meeting on April 6 at 7pm Pride Leagues Club - 172 - 184 Irene Street, Mooroobool . The first 25 residents who register and participate in the Programme at the NHW meetings will receive the "Climate Smart Home Service" ($50). The competition will be a comparison of the average daily household use between May and August electricity accounts. Residents with the largest decrease in the average daily consumption of electricity will be awarded prizes including an outdoor setting / gas BBQ $1,500; 10 x $100 grocery vouchers; 20 x $35 Solar Powered House Numbering kits and 20 x $8 CFL (compact fluorescent lamps).
